These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of brumahomecare.com and any services described on our website. By using our website or contacting us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our Services
Bruma Home Care provides non-medical home care — companion care, personal care, dementia care, respite, overnight and 24-hour care, and post-surgery recovery support — in DuPage, Kane, and Kendall Counties, Illinois. We are a licensed Illinois Home Services Agency (license #3003194). The specific services, schedule, and rates for each client are set out in a written service agreement before care begins.
No Medical Advice
Content on this website, including our blog, is for general information only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from a physician or other qualified health provider. We do not provide medical, nursing, or skilled therapy services.
Scheduling, Payment & Cancellation
Current rates are published on our Pricing page and confirmed in your service agreement. Holiday care is billed at 1.5x the standard rate. We accept private pay and long-term care insurance; Original Medicare does not typically cover non-medical home care. Ongoing services may be ended with 30 days' notice, and individual visits may be rescheduled or cancelled as described in your service agreement.
Website Use & Intellectual Property
Site content — text, images, and branding — belongs to Bruma Home Care and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt its operation.
Limitation of Liability
The website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bruma Home Care is not liable for damages arising from use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under your service agreement or applicable law.
